great grounds but limited dining variety
The five-night stay in the Standard Double or Twin Room was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered standard options and the staff provided attentive service, especially when accommodating my cappuccino request. The spacious layout of the hotel grounds allowed for a lovely lake view, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The cozy room made me feel at home, complementing the serene surrounding gardens beautifully.
Dining options, while satisfactory, could benefit from more variety and creativity to enhance the experience.

This place was just a proper fit for a weekend escape in Nkoanrua with very good value for money. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed their cocktails, which were nicely made. If you're planning on a guided hike, make sure to ask about the times, as they can help organize it efficiently.

Couples seeking a peaceful getaway
We had dinner late one night and they kept the kitchen open just for us I mean that’s service right there and it was nice to walk around the grounds seeing the flowers and even a monkey or two.
Wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you know what, totally worth it.

Food enthusiasts will love the restaurant's delightful offerings—every bite is a savory adventure worth sharing! Also, the spacious rooms are super cozy. I felt right at home. Plus, the staff was quick to assist whenever I needed a hand.
A continental breakfast spread with a variety of meats, cheeses, and fresh juices would have really amped up the morning vibe. Still, everything else was solid and satisfying.

The lush gardens were absolutely stunning! 🌿 The room was comfortable with a lovely shower. On the downside, the food options needed more variety, as my vegetarian preferences weren’t fully met.

The paths through the gardens leading to the rooms create a serene atmosphere, especially with the chirping ibises in the morning. My suite felt like a hidden retreat, with spacious areas and beautifully designed interiors. Enjoyed the hot water available in the bathroom after long days of exploration. I appreciated the quietness of my room, nestled far into the property, surrounded by lush greenery. However, the dining experience varied too much. The salad bar started out great with rich selections, but quickly became disappointing with limited choices afterward. There were few options that matched the initial expectations. The service in the restaurant was also hit or miss. I waited unusually long for dessert one night. On another note, loved the two tours I took through the hotel. The walking tour around Diluti Lake was breathtaking, complemented by Ali's expert insights. The Arusha City tour provided an authentic glimpse of local life, especially at the bustling market. Still, I was let down by the lack of a spa experience. I’d envisioned a chance to unwind after our safari, but didn’t find any facilities available for that.

The grounds feature charming hut-like structures that provide a cozy, secluded feel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The fixed-price dinner menu offers decent choices, and it's nice to have the opportunity to arrange trips to Arusha National Park right through the hotel.
The room had several issues, a broken shower that provided cold water regardless of the settings, a malfunctioning sink tap, and a window that wouldn't close properly. Breakfast options showed promise but could use more variety, especially for those with specific dietary preferences. While the surroundings are pleasant, there’s a lack of activities on-site aside from the nature trail, leading to a feeling of limited engagement during the stay.
